§ 31.06  ORDER OF PROCEEDINGS.
   The order of proceedings of each meeting of Council shall be as follows:
   (A)   Roll call;
   (B)   Reading and approving the minutes not already approved;
   (C)   Action upon accounts;
   (D)   Report of special committees;
   (E)   Report of standing committees;
   (F)   Reports from other officers of the municipality;
   (G)   Action on petitions;
   (H)   Enactment of ordinances;
   (I)   Filling of vacancies in positions of officers or employees;
   (J)   Miscellaneous and unfinished business; and
   (K)   Adjournment.
