(A) The City Council proclaims the following dates, times and places for the following meetings:
(1) Finance meetings. 6:30 p.m., second meeting each month at City Hall;
(2) Council meetings. 7:00 p.m., second Monday each month at City Hall;
(3) Sanitary Board meetings. 5:15 p.m., first Tuesday each month at City Hall;
(4) Water Board meetings. Immediately following Sanitary Board meeting;
(5) Planning and Zoning Committee. 6:00 p.m., second Wednesday in the months of January, April, July and October at City Hall;
(6) Fire Department. 7:00 p.m., first Tuesday each month and the third Tuesday each month (training) at Fire Station;
(7) Library Board. 6:00 p.m., first Thursday each month at library; and
(8) Main Street. 6:00 p.m., first Tuesday each month at City Hall.
(B) Agendas for each meeting will be available three days prior to meeting day.
(C) Regular meetings shall give notice at least three days prior to meeting day. Notice shall contain date, time, place and purpose of the meeting.
(D) Notice shall be posted on front of City Hall and printed in the newspaper, if possible and local radio station, if possible.
