(A) The Freedom of Information Act, Chapter 1, Article 1, Public Records, being W.Va. Code §§ 29B-1-1 et seq., and Open Governmental Proceedings Policies, Chapter 1, Article 9a, Open Governmental Proceedings, being W.Va. Code §§ 6-9A-1 et seq., are adopted by reference as if set out length herein. Copies of these policies are available at the City Hall.
(B) The Finance Director is hereby the designated public records custodian for the city.
