§ 8.1.13 CITY MAY MAKE REPAIRS.
   The City reserves the right at any time to shut off its mains for the purpose of making repairs or extensions or any other purpose, and no claim shall be made against the City by reason of the breaking of any service pipe or service cock or from any other damage which may result from such water shut off.
