The City shall provide the mains saddle and corporation stop, and may provide, at cost, the service line to the curb stop, and curb box and water meter, in addition to the minimum fee provided for in § 8.1.2. All other materials are to be furnished by the applicant. The size and service lines, valves, meters and other fittings, fixtures or appurtenances necessary shall be determined by the City. If contractor provided, the curb stop, curb stop box, meter pit, if any, and meter shall conform, in respect to design and materials, to City standards, which may be obtained through the Public Works Department.
