§ 7.1.5 CONFORMANCE WITH OFFICIAL GRADE.
   All sidewalks, crosswalks and curb stones shall be laid to conform with the official grade as established, or as to be established and recorded by resolution in the minutes of the Council. (1985 Code, § 12.02.050)
