§ 6.6.6 CLINGING TO VEHICLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person while riding upon any bicycle to attach the conveyance or be attached to any vehicle upon any public thoroughfare; however, a bicycle trailer or bicycle semitrailer may be attached to a bicycle if that trailer or semitrailer has been designed for such attachment.
