§ 6.4.13 DUTIES OF OTHER PUBLIC EMPLOYEES.
   The provisions of this chapter apply to the driver of any vehicle owned by or used in the service of the United States Government, the state, the county or the City, and it is unlawful for any driver to violate any of the provisions of §§ 6.4.11 through 6.4.14, except those vehicles designated as emergency vehicles.
