§ 6.4.12 DUTIES OF LAW ENFORCEMENT.
   It shall be the duty of law enforcement to enforce the provision of §§ 6.4.11 through 6.4.14, issue citations for the violation thereof, and assist in the prosecution of those persons violating §§ 6.4.11 through 6.4.14.
