(A) (1) On school days between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., it shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on the west side of Central Avenue between Chilton Street and Crawford Street, or on Crawford Street and Maginnis Street East between Central Avenue and First Avenue Southwest.
(2) Either the City or said School District No. 8 may place “No Parking” signs or “No Parking School Zone” signs in the school zone to that effect.
(B) (1) Violations are subject to a fine of no less than $25 and no more than $100 for a first offense and no less than $50 or more than $100 for a second or subsequent offense within one year of the first offense.
(2) Vehicles may be towed at the owners expense.
