§ 6.3.1 OPERATOR’S LICENSES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle upon the public thoroughfares of the City unless such person shall have first obtained and received a valid driver’s or operator’s license issued for the current year. (1985 Code, § 10.12.010)
