§ 5.9.2 DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge firearms of any kind or description within the City limits; provided, however, that this shall not apply to any law enforcement officer or game warden, or other designee of the Chief of Police or Sheriff in the discharge of their duties.
