§ 5.6.3 CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to consume an alcoholic beverage from an open container while on the public streets, highways, alleys or public parking lots in the City, or in or on a vehicle located on the public streets, highways alleys or public parking lots in the City.
