§ 5.6.1 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. A compound produced and sold for human consumption as a drink which contains more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume includes any beer, wine or liquor.
   OPEN CONTAINER. Any glass, cup, open bottle, or bottle having a broken seal, or can, or can having a broken seal, or other vessel capable of storing an alcoholic beverage.
