§ 5.5.5 DUTY OF THE CHIEF OF POLICE.
   It is hereby made the duty of the Chief of Police to supervise the enforcement of this chapter and it shall be the policy to notify the parents or those having charge of the minor(s) of violations of this chapter, with the request the violation(s) be rectified immediately. Upon the failure of the minor, the parents, guardians or those in whose custody and care of the minor shall be, to rectify matters after notice, the Chief of Police will then report violations to the Probation Officer of the District court for proper attention by the juvenile authorities.
