(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to allow or permit any minor to loiter in or around or to frequent any place of business where alcoholic beverages are sold for on-premises consumption during the hours in which such place of business does not sell cooked or prepared food, without the minor’s parent or legal guardian being present.
(B) It shall be unlawful for a minor to loiter in or around or to frequent any place of business where alcoholic beverages are sold for on-premises consumption during the hours in which such place of business does not sell cooked or prepared food without the minor’s parent or legal guardian being present.
