§ 5.4.27 UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY.
   It shall be unlawful for two or more persons to assemble together for the purpose of disturbing the peace, or for the purpose of committing an unlawful act and not to disperse upon the command of an officer so to do. (1985 Code, § 9.02.360)
