§ 5.4.25 RIOT.

It shall be unlawful for any person to fail or refuse immediately to disperse upon an order to do so by a law enforcement officer, when two or more persons are assembled for the purpose of disturbing the peace or for the purpose of committing any unlawful act. (1985 Code, § 9.02.330)
