§ 5.2.34 PROHIBITING LEAVING OF LIVESTOCK IN VEHICLES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to retain livestock overnight in any vehicle. If such stock is held for a longer period than five hours, it shall be removed from the vehicle and placed in appropriate pens or enclosures. (1985 Code, § 8.04.050)
