§ 5.2.32 CLAIMING OWNERSHIP AFTER SALE.
   If any such sale shall claim to be the owner thereof, the City Judge, upon satisfactory proof of their ownership, shall order the City Treasurer to pay the proceeds of said sale to such owner after first deducting the costs, charges and expenses incurred in connection therewith. (1985 Code, § 8.04.030)
