§ 5.2.30 LIVESTOCK AND FOWL AT LARGE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow or permit livestock or fowl to run at large and said person shall at all times keep the same within or upon their own premises, except when the same are necessarily passing through the City and using the public thoroughfares, at which time the same shall be attended by competent person to prevent their running at large or damaging property. (1985 Code, § 8.04.010)
