§ 4.4.3 WHEN CHARGES DUE.

All charges for the removal of garbage, refuse and trash by the City or its contractor shall be due and owing with the annual assessment of taxes and shall be assessed with the taxes in the manner provided by law. The charges for the removal of garbage shall be assessed against each residence, apartment house and trailer house within the City. (1985 Code, § 7.06.030)
