§ 3.3.4 VIOLATION; PENALTY.
   Every itinerant vendor, as herein defined, doing business within the City without a valid license shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this chapter. Upon conviction thereof, the offender shall be fined not less than $5 or more than $200.
