§ 3.1.2 FEES.
   (A)   Any person who is now or hereafter becomes the holder of a license to sell beer, wine or other alcoholic beverages, duly issued by the State Department of Revenue, Liquor Division, shall, before engaging in such retail sale, obtain a license from the City authorizing such retail sales, and shall pay to the City Clerk/Treasurer a fee as set by Council by resolution.
   (B)   All licenses are due and payable on July 1 of each year.
   (C)   All licenses shall expire on July 1 of the year following issuance.
