§ 3.1.1 LICENSE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the retail sale of alcoholic beverages without first having secured a license from the City to engage in such retail sale of alcoholic beverages within the City. A City license will not be issued without proof of a state liquor license. The City will apply the definitions found in Title 16, Ch. 1, Part 1 of the Montana Code in reviewing any application for a City license.
