§ 1.9.5 SALARY AND EXPENSES.
   The monthly salary of the City Judge shall be set by resolution and included in the City budget. The City Council shall, in the event of a vacancy in the office or in the event of the elimination of the City Court, enter into an agreement with Meagher County to pay for a proportionate share of the training, travel or other expenses of the justice of the peace then acting as the City Judge.
