§ 1.6.45 EFFECTIVE DATE OF RESOLUTIONS.
   Any and all resolutions passed and approved by the City Council, pursuant to provisions of the law, shall be submitted and adopted at a single meeting of said Council and shall become immediately effective, unless a delayed effective date is specified.
