§ 1.6.20 MAYOR TO APPOINT OFFICERS.
   The Mayor shall at the first meeting of the Council after the election each year, and from time to time thereafter, appoint, subject to consent of the Council, all necessary officers of the City and shall, in like manner, appoint any other officers whose offices are created by ordinance.
