§ 1.5.5 METHOD OF NAMING ALLEYS.
   Every alley running east and west shall take the name of the street south of it; and every alley running north and south shall take the name of the street west of it. All alleys shall take the same numbers as the streets from which they are named, being numbered by the same method as streets.
