§ 7.5.4 PARKS ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
   With the concurrence of the City Council, the Mayor may appoint a five member Parks Advisory Committee to advise the City Council on park maintenance and development, to review and work on open space issues, to prepare or update a Parks Master Plan as needed, and to assist the Council in the implementation of that Plan. A council member appointed by the Mayor will serve as the Council Liaison to the Parks Advisory Committee.
