§ 10.2.2 APPOINTMENT OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   The City Council of the City of White Sulphur Springs hereby appoints the City Engineer or City Contract Engineer to act as the Floodplain Administrator for the City.
   (B)   Before construction or development begins within any area of special flood hazard, a permit shall be obtained from the Floodplain Administrator.
