§ 10.1.7 LANDS TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES.
   This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction of the City as identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in its flood insurance rate map panel 01 for Community No. 300047 C, dated April 15, 1986. This map is adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. It is on file at the White Sulphur Springs City Hall, 105 W. Hampton, P.O. Box 442, White Sulphur Springs, Montana 59645.
