(A) Fee schedule. To cover costs of reviewing plans, advertising, holding public hearings and other activities associated with the review of a subdivision proposal, the subdivider shall pay a non-refundable fee at the time of application for preliminary plat approval. The fees, payable to the City Clerk, are as adopted by resolution of the City Council. The fee schedule is available in the Office of the City Clerk.
(B) Other reviews.
(1) Exemptions: see adopted fee schedule;
(2) Mobile/manufactured home parks and spaces: see adopted fee schedule; and
(3) Condominiums: see adopted fee schedule.
(C) Final plat review and inspection. To cover the cost of on-site inspection of the subdivision and review of the final plat and supplementary materials, the subdivider shall pay a non-refundable fee at the time of application for final approval to the City Clerk pursuant to a fee schedule adopted by resolution.
