§ 9.6.146 PROCEDURES.
   (A)   If the City Council designates a proposed development plan as a PUD, the preliminary plat may then be submitted for review.
   (B)   Submittal must comply with requirements and procedures contained in the following sections:
      (1)   Section 9.6.60, Major Subdivisions; and
      (2)   Section 9.6.22, applicable sections for Final Plats.
