§ 9.6.112 FIRE PROTECTION.
   (A)   All subdivisions must be planned, designed, constructed and maintained so as to minimize the risk of fire and to permit the effective and efficient suppression of fires in order to protect persons, property and forested areas.
   (B)   Measures must include:
      (1)   The placement of structures so as to minimize the potential for flame spread and to permit adequate access for firefighting equipment;
      (2)   The presence of adequate firefighting facilities on site, including an adequate water supply and water distribution system; and
      (3)   The availability, through a fire protection district or other means, of fire protection services adequate to respond to fires which may occur within a subdivision.
