§ 9.6.98 LANDS UNSUITABLE FOR SUBDIVISION.
   Land which the governing body determines is unsuitable for subdivision because of natural or human caused hazards may not be subdivided for building or residential purposes unless the hazards are eliminated or will be overcome by approved design and construction techniques.
