§ 9.6.4 JURISDICTION.
   (A)   These regulations govern the subdivision of land within the jurisdictional area of the governing body of the City of White Sulphur Springs.
   (B)   If a proposed subdivision lies within the incorporated limits or within one mile of White Sulphur Springs, the Developer must submit the preliminary plat to the City of White Sulphur Springs for review and comment.(Res. 607, passed 7-1-2019)
