For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FENCES. Structures if the fence consists of fixed posts, whether wood, metal or composite material, inserted more than three inches into the ground connected by boards, rails, chain link or other material and is used to segregate an area or part of an area from another.
STRUCTURE. Includes any permanent or semi-permanent human-made object constructed on real property, or constructed off-site and moved onto real property, and attached thereto, including, but not limited to, foundations, dwellings, stairs/steps, sheds, garages or mobile homes.
