§ 8.6.1 ADHERENCE TO STANDARDS.
   Any property owner or contractor installing any water or sewer facilities within the City to be connected to the City’s water or sewer infrastructure shall adhere to the standards and specifications attached to the resolution set out herein, which by this reference are fully incorporated herein.
