§ 8.5.11 VIOLATION; PENALTY.
   The penalty for a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a fine up to $500 or imprisonment up to six months or both for each offense. The City Council may also revoke a wastewater hauler’s annual City business license upon conviction.
