Any necessary equipment, mechanical devices, tube, pipe or hose connections required to unload or discharge a load of wastewater at the City wastewater facility shall be provided by the waste hauler. Each wastewater hauler must maintain the discharge unloading equipment and facilities in a clean, safe condition or else be prohibited from discharging wastewater at the City wastewater treatment facility.
