§ 8.3.9 DAMAGE OR TAMPERING OF WASTEWATER FACILITIES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is part of the wastewater facilities. Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to immediate arrest under a charge of damaging or tampering with a wastewater facility.
