It shall be unlawful to harbor, keep, or maintain any wild or exotic animals, including but not limited to, a lion, tiger, ocelot, cougar, leopard, cheetah, jaguar, bobcat, lynx, serval, caracal, hyena, bear, coyote, jackal, baboon, chimpanzee, orangutan, gorilla, lesser panda, binturong, wolf, ape, elephant, rhinoceros, or any hybrid of an animal listed, or poisonous reptiles within the municipal limits.
