§ 90.002 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF CHAPTER.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions or terms of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided for in § 10.99 of this code, and shall further be subject to civil penalties pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 54.017.
