(B) Prohibited use. Except for authorized emergency vehicles, it shall be unlawful to park or cause to stand any vehicle or equipment in the designated fire lane.
(C) Penalty. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this schedule shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99
