(A) No person shall drive or operate any motorcycle, motorbike, mini-bike, or any other motorized vehicle on any privately owned grounds, other than those owned by him or her or which he or she has permission to use, or on any publicly owned property other than on a roadway, driveway, or parking area.
(B) This section does not apply to persons operating emergency vehicles including but not limited to police, fire, and ambulance when operating within the scope of their duties.
