§ 70.003 UNAUTHORIZED OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
    (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition applies:
   PRIVATE PROPERTY. That property owned by an individual, group of individuals, company or corporation.
   (B)   No person shall drive or operate a motor vehicle on private property located within the city without the effective consent of the owner or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
