§ 51.034 PENALTY FOR LATE PAYMENT.
   A late payment (delinquency) penalty as prescribed in § 16.00 of the Fee Schedule, as set forth in Appendix 1 of this Code, shall be imposed on any service accounts which are not paid within 10 days after the account becomes due and payable.
