§ 39.100 SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS AUTHORIZED.

The Council acting for and on behalf of the city shall enter into all necessary agreements with the State Department of Human Resources for the purpose of securing the benefits of Federal Old-Age and Survivors Insurance for municipal employees.
