§ 39.013 CITY SECRETARY TO SERVE AS TREASURER.
   The City Secretary shall serve as Treasurer of the municipality and shall perform all duties of the Treasurer as set forth in Tex. Local Gov't Code § 22.075, and as assigned by the Council.
